Nei primi sei mesi del 2010 le quotazioni delle abitazioni di Viterbo sono rimaste stabili
A Bagnaia, Vitorchiano, Grotte Santo Stefano, La Quercia il mercato immobiliare ha segnalato stabilità delle quotazioni. In questi primi sei mesi dell’anno si registra una contrazione della domanda e delle compravendite oltre che del budget medio che i potenziali acquirenti hanno a disposizione per l’acquisto dell’immobile. Per un trilocale difficilmente si superano i 160 mila euro. Ad acquistare sono state soprattutto famiglie alla ricerca della prima casa o della casa di sostituzione.
La zona più richiesta è quella di Bagnaia, una frazione a pochi chilometri di distanza da Viterbo dove la presenza di quotazioni più contenute attira numerosi acquirenti. Nel centro storico possono acquistare soluzioni indipendenti con ingresso su strada da ristrutturare a prezzi medi di 900 euro al mq. Non ci sono nuove costruzioni ma abitazioni risalenti agli anni ’70.
Più vicina a Viterbo sorge la frazione di La Quercia costituita da un centro storico d’epoca, da soluzioni indipendenti e da ville singole che, in buone condizioni, si valutano a prezzi medi di 1600 euro al mq. Per le soluzioni indipendenti, ville singole, la disponibilità di spesa non supera i 300 mila euro. La domanda di queste tipologie immobiliare è in calo.
Grotte Santo Stefano è una frazione a Nord di Viterbo dove non si registra una domanda elevata dal momento che è più distante da Viterbo anche se i prezzi sono molto più contenuti.
Tra le aree di sviluppo edilizio si segnala la zona di Pavarano, frazione del comune di Vitorchiano, dove hanno costruito bifamiliari e quadrifamiliari. Per una bifamiliare si spendono cifre medie di 220 mila euro.
Nei primi sei mesi dell’anno nella zona di La Tuscia-Garbini si è registrato un mercato abbastanza dinamico animato da famiglie che hanno migliorato la propria abitazione e da giovani che hanno acquistato la prima casa. La domanda si è orientata soprattutto verso il trilocale possibilmente in buono stato di conservazione. Il budget medio da destinare all’acquisto è intorno a 180 mila euro.
Le zone più apprezzate sono quelle di Ellera e del Pilastro. Il Pilastro è una zona più popolare con immobili ex Iacp ed Ina Casa che sono valutati in buone condizioni a prezzi medi di 1400-1600 euro al mq.
La presenza di prezzi più contenuti fa sì che il mercato sia interessante soprattutto per le famiglie che non hanno un’elevata disponibilità di spesa. Ellera, quartiere che si è sviluppato tra gli anni ’40-’50, apprezzato perché non lontano dal centro storico e servito sia da attività commerciali che da parcheggi.
Presenta condomini costruiti tra gli anni ’40 e gli anni ’50, con immobili ampi e rifiniti spesso inseriti in contesti verdi e ben serviti. Una soluzione in buono stato di conservazione costa mediamente intorno a 1800 euro al mq.
Non lontano da Ellera sorge il quartiere di Cappuccini, subito a ridosso delle mura, anche se il fatto di offrire immobili che non hanno la presenza di box e posto auto e di avere appartamenti dal taglio molto grande, spesso da ristrutturare lo rende meno apprezzato dai potenziali acquirenti che si muovono ad oggi sul mercato.
Chi desiderasse acquistare delle nuove costruzioni può orientarsi verso la zona di Riello, adiacente al Pilastro dove hanno sede il Nuovo Tribunale e un centro commerciale e a breve sorgerà un nuovo centro polifunzionale. Il nuovo si valuta a prezzi medi di 2500-2700 euro al mq. Al momento si registra una maggiore propensione degli acquirenti verso l’acquisto delle soluzioni usate.
Nelle zone più periferiche ci sono i quartieri di Santa Barbara e di Capretta nella parte nord della città, più distanti dal centro e per questo meno richieste; sono state costruite numerose nuove costruzioni a partire dal 2005 e le quotazioni del nuovo sono di 1800-2200 euro al mq.

刘如银说：美国的精准医疗主要是围绕着基因组、蛋白组等方面的检测，也就是围绕分子生物学的特性，针对个体化的病理特征进行治疗。而我们所关注的不仅如此，更是系统化的，全过程、全要素、全局性的对医疗过程和临床实践进行优化。我们所指的精准医疗也是针对每一个病人的具体病情，正确选择并精确的应用适当的治疗方法。刘如银认为：精准医疗的最终目标是以最小化的医源性损害、最低化的医疗资源耗费去获得最大化的病患的效益，其前景不可限量。
精准医疗要做到个性、高效及预防的关键在于筛查和诊断，因此基因测序等检测诊断技术的发展是关键。成本的下降让基因测序商业化市场的打开成为可能，基因测序技术的成熟和商用经过了多年的发展，1980 年自动测序仪出现，2001 年完成了人类基因组框架图标志着这一技术的成熟，2007 年二代基因测序技术大幅降低测序成本，使得这一技术应用出现可能，以走在前列的Illumina 公司为例，该公司自2007 年起把当时每个基因组的测序成本费用从1000万美元降到了当下的1000 美元， 根据Illumina 公司数据，全球NGS(二代基因测序)的应用市场规模预计为200 亿美元，药品研发和临床应用是增速最快的领域，增速超过15%，肿瘤诊断和个性化用药是最有应用前景的领域，市场规模120亿美元。乐土投资与Illumina以及新一代的基因检测公司Genalyte, Centrillion都有着合作关系。
